Body's language: Learn ur Body's Language
July 24, 2008
No doubt. U read it correctly. Its not body language, which u r exhibiting. Rather it is your body's language.
Is it amazing to u.? Haven't you heard your own body's language...
You may be unaware of your body's language... because it wont weep like a child, it wont pew like a puppy. But, it sneezes, it coughs, it dries and eventually it pains...
S. these are the most common body's language which we identify them as symptoms. Actually thro' these language (symptoms), your body speaks to you, it is crying like a baby to show you that there is a malfunction in your system.
Are you the kind of person who swallow tablets for headache, running nose, cough without Doctor's consultation. Then you are ignoring ur body's language. Not only that, you are suppressing it too.
In the first scene of 'Davinci Code' , the most popular novel by Dan Brown , the albino, while killing the Jacques Sauniere says that "Pain is good". Yes, what he said is correct. Pain is good. One and only thro' the pain, we came to know about the body malfunctioning. You may think that "Regular Cycle disturbance leads to pain. If there is no disturbance, then there is no pain. NOPE u r wrong. A swelling without pain is more harmful than a swell with pain"
It may be swelling, coughing, back pain or headache. Don't rush to a doctor when you experience that. Just understand the language and take care of yourself. Analyse what you did today or check out your own behaviour.
Find out the reasons and try to avoid that.
If its a head ache, then drink more water, avoid TV, take a walk in the evening breeze and grab a sound sleep. But dont put a tablet and indulge in sleep.
If its a running nose, enjoy that and leave that dont take tablets. After a week or four days it will be automatically finished.
Then take your own time in bathing. Enjoy that. Dont finish a shower in a hurry - burry. Dont always sit in a closet. Be with nature whenever u can.
Get well with your own body's language put a 'no entry' to your doctor...
